India's logistics runs on paper and phone calls.

Every grounded aircraft, missing supply, or stuck demand is a failure of visibility, accountability, and speed.

✈️
Days to Procure One Part
Paper forms travel through officer, logistics, accounts, vendor — each adding days. Aircraft stay grounded.

WYNTIQ for Indian Air Force

Purpose-built for IAF aircraft maintenance, spare parts procurement, and IMMS — replacing paper-based systems with offline-capable digital workflow aligned to IAF procedures.

Aircraft Grounded. Parts Missing. No Visibility.

IAF currently uses IMMOLS — but it requires internet and lacks real-time field integration. Aircraft at forward bases in Ladakh, Andaman, Northeast India face chronic supply delays because the system doesn't work offline.

The Problem WYNTIQ Solves
A technician at Pathankot raises a demand for a fuel pump. Travels physically or by phone — officer, logistics, accounts, vendor. Each step adds 1-2 days. Aircraft grounded. WYNTIQ automates this entire chain digitally with offline capability for forward bases.
✈️
Aircraft Maintenance TrackingEvery work order, every part, every technician — tracked from demand to issue.
📋
Digital Demand SignalReplace paper DS forms — officer approval, logistics check, accounts clearance, all digital.
📡
Works at Forward BasesLadakh, Andaman, Northeast — offline-first means no connectivity required.

The Real Cost of Grounded Aircraft

Every hour an IAF aircraft sits grounded due to a missing part is not just a logistics failure — it is an operational failure. During a border crisis, during a flood relief mission, during a peacekeeping operation — a grounded aircraft can mean lives lost, missions failed, national security compromised.

The Indian Air Force currently operates over 1,700 aircraft across 130+ air bases, air force stations, and advanced landing grounds. Managing spare parts, maintenance schedules, and procurement across this network — largely on paper and phone calls — is the single biggest operational inefficiency in the force.

Why IMMOLS Is Not Enough
IMMOLS (Integrated Materials Management Online System), developed by TCS, was a significant step forward. But it was designed in an era when internet connectivity at forward bases was assumed. Today, forward operating locations in Ladakh, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Northeast India face chronic connectivity challenges. IMMOLS stops working. WYNTIQ keeps going — because it was built offline-first, not retrofitted.
🛩️
Aircraft-Tagged Demand Signals
Every demand signal linked to a specific aircraft tail number, work order, and maintenance type. Full history per airframe — know exactly what has been used, when, and by whom. Supports Category A, B, and C maintenance classification.
Scramble Mode Override
In operational emergencies, Commanding Officers can issue a Scramble Override — immediate part release without going through the approval chain. Every override is logged with timestamp and CO authentication. Speed when needed, accountability always.
🏪
Multi-Base Inventory Intelligence
See real-time stock levels across every base simultaneously. If Pathankot is out of a part but Halwara has 4 units — WYNTIQ shows it and enables a transfer request with full chain-of-custody tracking.
📊
Serviceability Forecasting
Aircraft serviceability linked directly to parts availability projections. Know 7, 14, and 30 days in advance which aircraft may face grounding due to parts shortage — before it happens. Proactive, not reactive.
🔮
Flight-Hour Based Procurement
Based on actual flight hours logged and manufacturer maintenance schedules — WYNTIQ predicts exactly which parts will be needed and when. Parts arrive before the maintenance date, not after.
🛡️
iDEX / ADITI Aligned
WYNTIQ is developed in alignment with India's iDEX (Innovations for Defence Excellence) framework under DIO, Ministry of Defence. Eligible for DISC 14 and ADITI 4.0 grant programmes. TwinStance Solutions — LLPIN AAQ-0042.

How WYNTIQ Works Inside an IAF Base

Step 1 — Technician Raises Demand Signal
A ground crew technician identifies a faulty fuel pump on AN-32 (KF-304). Opens WYNTIQ on tablet — works offline. Fills in: aircraft ID, work order, part number FP-AN32-007, quantity 2, priority URGENT. Submits. Demand Signal DS-047 created in 90 seconds.

Step 2 — System Checks Store First
WYNTIQ checks store inventory automatically. If 2 units available — issued immediately. No officer needed. Zero delay. If not available — moves to approval chain. In this case — only 1 unit in stock. Partial issue + procurement triggered.

Step 3 — Officer Notified Instantly
Squadron Leader receives push notification on WYNTIQ. Reviews demand, justification, aircraft status. Approves with one click. Time taken: 4 minutes. Previously: 4 hours waiting for paper to reach desk.

Step 4 — Logistics & Accounts
Logistics confirms stock position. Accounts verifies budget allocation — ₹12,500 approved. All digital. All timestamped. No paper. No phone calls. Total time from demand to accounts approval: 2.5 hours. Previous system: 2.5 days.

Step 5 — Vendor PO Auto-Generated
For the second unit not in stock, WYNTIQ automatically generates Purchase Order PO-IAF-2026-0047 to the approved vendor. No manual PO writing. Vendor receives notification. Delivery tracked to gate.

Step 6 — Audit Trail Complete
Every single step — who raised, who approved, who issued, time taken at each stage — permanently logged. Exportable as CSV for MCI audit, CAG audit, or any official inspection. Cannot be modified or deleted.

WYNTIQ for Indian Army

From MT operations to forward base logistics — WYNTIQ digitises Army supply chain management with offline capability for field operations across India's most demanding terrain.

Logistics Is the Backbone of Every Army Operation

The Indian Army operates across some of the world's most extreme terrain — from the glaciers of Siachen at 6,000 metres to tropical jungles of the Northeast to the scorching deserts of Rajasthan. Supply chain management in these conditions is not just difficult — it is a matter of life and death for soldiers in the field.

Army logistics encompasses Mechanical Transport (MT), ammunition, rations, medical supplies, weapons, communication equipment, and engineering materials — all flowing through a hierarchy from Corps to Division to Brigade to Battalion to Company level. Coordinating this manually creates delays, duplication, and dangerous gaps.

The MT Section Problem
The Mechanical Transport section of every Army unit manages a fleet of vehicles — from Stallion trucks to BMP infantry carriers. When a vehicle breaks down in the field, the driver raises a demand for spare parts. That demand travels up the chain — officer, logistics, accounts — often taking days. Meanwhile the vehicle sits idle, reducing the unit's operational capability. WYNTIQ cuts this process from days to hours.
Integrated Material Management for Indian Army
The Indian Army follows the Integrated Materiel Management (IMM) system covering Planning, Procurement, Receipt, Storage, Issue, Disposal, and Accounting. WYNTIQ is designed around these exact categories — not a foreign system adapted to India, but a system built for how the Indian Army actually works.
🚛
MT Fleet Management
Every vehicle assigned to every unit — tracked with full maintenance history, current status, parts pending, and next service due. Know your fleet readiness at a glance. Reduce vehicle downtime by 60%.
🏕️
Field Operations Ready
Siachen at -50°C, jungle ops in Nagaland, desert operations in Rajasthan — WYNTIQ works without internet. Devices sync over local mesh when in proximity. No satellite needed.
📦
Multi-Echelon Supply Chain
Connect Corps, Division, Brigade, Battalion, and Company level logistics on one platform. Demands flow up automatically. Supplies flow down with full tracking at every handoff.
⚕️
Medical Supply Tracking
Critical medical supplies tracked with expiry date alerts, cold chain monitoring, and emergency override. In medical emergencies, life-saving supplies are located instantly across all units.
🍱
Ration & Consumables
Daily ration requirements, special rations for high-altitude troops, and consumable supplies managed with automatic resupply triggers based on troop strength and deployment duration.
📡
Mesh Network Sync
In denied, disrupted, intermittent, and limited (DDIL) environments — WYNTIQ devices sync with each other directly. No central server required at forward locations. True tactical edge capability.

Key Army Logistics Challenges WYNTIQ Solves

❌ Problem: Vehicle Downtime
MT vehicles grounded for days waiting for spare parts approval. Unit mobility compromised.
✅ WYNTIQ: Parts demanded, checked, issued in hours. Emergency override for operational priority.
❌ Problem: No Field Visibility
Higher command has no real-time view of what supplies are available at forward positions.
✅ WYNTIQ: Live dashboard from Corps to Company. Commander sees everything, everywhere.
❌ Problem: Accountability Gaps
Stores issued without proper documentation. Who received what cannot be traced after the fact.
✅ WYNTIQ: Every issue logged with receiver name, time, authorisation. Permanent. Exportable.
❌ Problem: Slow Procurement
Procurement requests take weeks through manual approval chains even for urgent operational needs.
✅ WYNTIQ: Digital approval chain with auto-escalation for urgent demands. Hours, not weeks.
