Why TwinStance Solutions?
Most software jobs ask you to build a feature for a dashboard that someone may or may not notice. At TwinStance Solutions, the software you build is used by IAF technicians maintaining aircraft that protect India's airspace, Army logistics officers managing supplies to soldiers in Ladakh, and maintenance engineers at mine sites where a breakdown costs ₹10 lakhs per hour. Your work has direct operational impact.
We are a small, focused team building a genuinely hard product — offline-first synchronisation, cryptographic audit trails, AI-powered bottleneck detection, role-based access control that actually matches how defence organisations work. These are real engineering challenges, not CRUD applications dressed up with a React frontend.
TwinStance Solutions is headquartered in Cuttack, Odisha — and we are proud of it. We are building the future of Indian defence technology from Odisha, not from a tech park in Bengaluru. If you are from Odisha, or if you believe that great technology companies can be built outside the traditional tech capitals, you will feel at home here.
Our Values
What We Stand For
TwinStance Solutions is built on a set of values that are not slogans — they are the actual principles we use to make decisions about the product, the team, and the company.
🎯
Operational Reality First
We build for how organisations actually work, not how we wish they worked. Our product decisions are grounded in real operational experience from defence and enterprise environments — not in what looks good in a demo.
🔒
Accountability Without Exception
Every action in WYNTIQ creates a permanent, tamper-proof record. We hold ourselves to the same standard internally — every decision is made with full ownership, and every commitment is meant and kept.
🇮🇳
India First, Always
We are building an Indian product for India's most critical sectors. Data sovereignty, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and iDEX alignment are not marketing points — they are fundamental to why TwinStance Solutions exists.
📡
Offline Before Online
Our commitment to offline-first design is not just a technical choice — it is a statement about who we build for. The soldier in Ladakh and the mine worker in Jharkhand deserve the same quality of tool as the executive in Delhi.
🧠
Explain, Don't Just Report
The difference between a tracking tool and an intelligent system is whether it tells you what happened or why it happened. We build tools that explain decisions and help people improve — not just tools that record history.
🤝
Small Team, Big Ownership
Every person on the TwinStance Solutions team has broad responsibility and genuine ownership. There are no people who just execute tickets. Everyone thinks about the product, everyone understands the customer, everyone contributes to the mission.
Benefits & Perks
What We Offer
We are an early-stage company and we are honest about that. We do not offer the perks of a 10,000-person company. What we offer instead is meaningful work, genuine ownership, and the opportunity to build something from the ground up in a space that matters.
📈
ESOPs for Core Team
Early team members receive Employee Stock Ownership Plan allocations that reflect their contribution to building WYNTIQ from its early stage. As WYNTIQ grows, your stake in that growth is real and meaningful.
🏠
Flexible Work Arrangement
Work from Cuttack or Bhubaneswar in person, or remotely from anywhere in India. We use results to measure contribution, not hours or location. In-person collaboration is encouraged but not mandated.
🎓
Learning Budget
Annual budget for courses, books, conferences, and certifications relevant to your work. We actively invest in team development because a learning team builds better products.
🛡️
Defence Access & Exposure
Team members working on defence-related product development get exposure to Indian defence operational environments, iDEX interactions, and the rare opportunity to understand how India's Armed Forces actually operate.
💻
Full Stack Responsibility
We are not looking for people who want to work on one narrow part of a system. At TwinStance Solutions, engineers understand the entire product from the database to the UI to the field deployment. That breadth is rare and valuable.
🏙️
Odisha & India's Opportunity
We believe Odisha is underrepresented in India's tech story. Working at TwinStance Solutions means being part of building something significant from a place that matters — contributing to Odisha's emergence as a serious technology location.
Open Roles
Current Openings
We are a small team and every hire is significant. We are looking for people who are genuinely excited about the problem, not just the job title or the compensation. If you do not see a role that fits perfectly but believe you have something to contribute, write to us anyway.
Engineering · Product
You will work on the core WYNTIQ platform — the demand workflow engine, inventory management system, offline synchronisation, and the analytics and AI modules. This is a full-stack role and we expect you to be comfortable working from the database schema through the API layer to the frontend UI. You will work directly with the product founders and have significant influence over technical decisions. The problems are genuinely interesting: building systems that work identically offline and online, managing eventual consistency across distributed devices, building audit trails that are cryptographically tamper-proof, and implementing predictive algorithms on sparse real-world data.

Product · Strategy
You will own the defence product roadmap for WYNTIQ. This means deep engagement with the Indian Armed Forces logistics community, translating operational requirements into product features, managing the iDEX and ADITI engagement process, and working with the engineering team to prioritise and deliver the capabilities that matter most for defence customers. You should have a strong understanding of how Indian Defence procurement and logistics actually works — either through direct service experience, direct family connection to the Services, or deep research and exposure. The ability to speak credibly about operational logistics challenges is essential. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a product backlog — it is for someone who wants to shape the direction of India's first defence-grade offline IMMS.

Engineering · Infrastructure
WYNTIQ's offline-first synchronisation engine is the most technically complex part of the platform. When hundreds of devices operate independently for hours or days and then sync back to a central server, the data reconciliation problem is genuinely hard — handling conflicts, preserving audit integrity, resolving eventual consistency issues, and doing all of this reliably on low-bandwidth connections. You will own this core infrastructure, build it to production quality, and ensure it is robust enough for defence and industrial deployments where data loss is never acceptable. Experience with distributed systems, CRDT data structures, event sourcing, or conflict-free replicated data types is a strong advantage.

Business Development · Growth
You will lead WYNTIQ's engagement with the Indian defence ecosystem — identifying the right entry points within the IAF, Army, and Navy logistics commands, managing the formal evaluation process through iDEX and ADITI channels, building relationships with defence procurement committees, and converting evaluations into pilot deployments and long-term contracts. You need to understand how defence procurement actually works in India, including how iDEX operates, how the DISC and ADITI evaluation processes run, and what it takes to build trust with uniformed decision-makers. Prior experience in defence sector business development, government procurement, or a background within the Indian Armed Forces are all valuable for this role.

Engineering · Intelligence
WYNTIQ's AI capabilities — bottleneck detection, predictive stockout alerts, demand forecasting, and anomaly detection — are a core part of what makes the platform more than a tracking tool. You will build and refine these algorithms, working with real logistics data from defence and enterprise environments. The challenge is interesting: the data is often sparse, the patterns are operationally meaningful (not just statistically significant), and the system must explain its predictions in terms that logistics officers and maintenance managers can act on. Experience with time-series prediction, supply chain analytics, or operations research is a significant advantage.

Sales · Enterprise
You will lead WYNTIQ's commercial sales to Indian enterprise customers — mining companies, automobile manufacturers, factory operations, and large industrial enterprises. You will identify prospects, manage the sales process from first conversation to contract signature, conduct product demonstrations, and work with the implementation team to ensure successful onboarding. Experience in enterprise B2B sales, particularly in industrial or manufacturing sectors, is strongly preferred. Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or maintenance management software is an advantage but not required — the product is demonstrably better than what most industrial companies are using, and a good salesperson can show why.
