1. Acceptance
By accessing the website, requesting a trial, using the WYNTIQ demo, receiving product files, or engaging with TwinStance Solutions LLP regarding WYNTIQ, you agree to these Terms.
2. Ownership
WYNTIQ, its branding, product materials, software, workflows, documentation, screenshots, code, licensing mechanisms, and associated content remain the property of TwinStance Solutions LLP unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
3. Website and demo access
We may provide public or restricted access to the website, demo pages, sandbox environments, downloadable materials, or evaluation builds. Such access may be changed, suspended, restricted, or withdrawn at any time, especially for abuse prevention, licensing control, infrastructure maintenance, or product changes.
4. Acceptable use
- do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or tamper with demo, trial, activation, or licensing controls
- do not resell, redistribute, mirror, or publicly host trial installers or private access links without written permission
- do not use the website or product for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes
- do not interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of our infrastructure or licensing systems
5. Commercial information
Pricing, rollout timelines, support promises, deployment scopes, trial duration, and feature availability may differ by sector, geography, operational environment, and customer requirements. Nothing on the site creates a binding procurement commitment unless we agree in writing.
6. No warranty for the public website or sandbox
The public website and guided demo are provided on an as-available basis. They may contain sample data, staged flows, or incomplete features. They are meant to explain the product, not to serve as a production deployment.
7. Product deployment
Any production use, enterprise rollout, pilot, or customer-specific implementation may require a separate order, proposal, statement of work, license agreement, onboarding process, or support arrangement. Operational suitability remains dependent on the environment in which the customer deploys the software.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinStance Solutions LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, downtime, procurement delay, or field disruption arising from website use, demo use, trial use, or customer-managed deployment.
9. Indemnity
You agree not to use WYNTIQ, its demo, or its evaluation assets in a way that creates claims, damage, or misuse against TwinStance Solutions LLP. You remain responsible for the content, data, infrastructure, devices, users, and operational procedures you place around your own deployment.
10. Confidentiality and evaluations
Where we share restricted installers, licensing mechanisms, roadmap details, deployment concepts, or customer-specific commercial information, you should treat those materials as confidential unless clearly published by us for public release.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to demos, trials, downloads, codes, portals, or communications where we reasonably believe there is misuse, non-payment, redistribution, abuse, infringement, security risk, or false information.
12. Governing framework
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TwinStance Solutions LLP and its operations in India, subject to any overriding legal requirements in a customer contract or procurement arrangement.
