1. Purpose of the trial
The WYNTIQ trial is provided solely for product evaluation, procurement review, technical validation, internal stakeholder review, or pilot assessment. It is not a production entitlement, resale right, or perpetual license.
2. Standard trial period
Unless otherwise stated, the standard trial period is seven calendar days from first activation or first use, depending on the build or licensing method. Trial duration may be enforced through offline license state, online verification, activation codes, machine binding, or other technical controls.
3. Extensions
Extended trials may be issued where a buyer has a legitimate deployment process, internal approvals, security review, procurement cycle, or pilot requirement. Extensions are granted at our discretion and may be limited by device, user count, time period, feature scope, or installation count.
4. Trial restrictions
- trial files, installers, links, and activation codes may not be redistributed outside your organisation without written approval
- you may not sell, sublicense, bundle, or publicly mirror the trial software
- you may not attempt to bypass expiration, activation, seat controls, or feature limitations
- you may not represent the trial as a paid, production, or officially accepted deployment
5. Feature scope
We may provide the trial as fully functional, partially restricted, sandboxed, or guided depending on the stage of the business, sector, or deployment risk. Some integrations, support levels, export options, deployment tooling, sync modes, or advanced administration features may remain unavailable until payment or formal onboarding.
6. Support during the trial
Trial support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. Guided pilots, onboarding calls, deployment help, and custom environment preparation may require separate commercial approval even during an active evaluation.
7. Trial expiration
At the end of the trial period, the software may stop functioning, enter read-only mode, disable features, refuse sync, or require a valid activation code. Access after expiration is not guaranteed unless a paid license or approved extension is issued.
8. Evaluation data
You remain responsible for data entered into the trial build. We recommend using sample, non-sensitive, or controlled data until a paid deployment and security review are complete. Trial builds should not be treated as guaranteed archival systems unless expressly agreed.
9. Conversion to paid mode
Paid access begins only when TwinStance Solutions LLP confirms payment or a formal commercial arrangement and issues a valid activation method. Payment discussions, verbal intent, or ongoing negotiations do not by themselves convert the trial to a production license.
10. Cancellation or withdrawal
We may revoke or refuse trial access if we detect misuse, redistribution, licensing abuse, fraudulent information, security risk, or activity inconsistent with a good-faith evaluation.
